The swimming pool in the garden, the various roof terraces and patios with sea views, the location just 300 metres from the beach, the delightful beach cafés and restaurants and the town of Juan les Pins for shopping, culture or a coffee around the corner, makes this holiday home a great place to stay without the need of a car. Guests are free to go off for the day, or to simply relax in the shade on a patio or in the garden. There are also four bicycles available.
